This will be per project basis and services include understanding the client business and formulating the strategy and markets for the client and assist the client in preparing a strong business plan with forecasting of revenue. Market Research Reports costs will be actuals which will be suggested to the client or market research by 3rd party companies will be recommended if it is unique product. Charges will be on per project which will be assessed with client to get a mutual agreement. Initial consulting may be offset should the client decide to work on the project
